Mom & Baby Bootcamp

Do something for yourself!  Mom & baby bootcamp is a high energy class that lets you focus on YOU for 1 hour!  We will work on strength, power, agility, balance, cardio, and core.  This class is perfect for all fitness levels because you can work at your own pace.  Get into the best shape of your life and make some amazing friends at the same time!  In the summer, classes are held outside and we meet by the ice cream shop at Rocky Point Park.  If it is raining, classes will be indoors at the studio.  Email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Mom & Baby Kickboxing/Spin

Come and check out one of the best Mom & baby classes you’ve ever experienced! 30 min of intense kickboxing with gloves and pads followed by 30 minutes of fabulous spin!  It’s a great way to work out your frustrations AND get an amazing calorie burn all with LOW impact!  Perfect for new Moms!  All levels of fitness are welcome!  There are only 9 spots per class so you must book a bike on the spin page.  You can book classes 1 week in advance starting Sundays.

Mom & Baby 45 min Spin/15 min Core

Love to spin?  Join us for 45 minutes of fabulous spin followed by 15 minutes of core work.  Everything a new Mom needs - a great calorie burn with very low impact AND core work to help tighten up the abs!  All fitness levels are welcome.  There are only 9 spots per class so you must book a bike on the spin page.  You can book classes 1 week in advance starting Sunday mornings.

Stroller Fitness

In the summer we take the babes and head outside!  This class is non-stop movement with an equal dose of cardio and strength.  All classes end with a fabulous core workout to help get that yummy mummy tummy!   Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans). All fitness levels are welcome.
You do not need a jogging stroller.

Mom & Baby Total Body Conditioning

This full body workout begins with hi/lo cardio, including dance inspired moves with some high intensity intervals mixed in for maximum calorie burning followed by strength training to help rev up your metabolism.  The class finishes up with core conditioning and stretching.  Lots of options will be given to ensure you get the workout you need to feel stronger and more energized throughout the week.  All fitness levels are welcome.

Kickboxing/Spin

Spin/Core

Join us for 40-45 minutes of intense spin followed up wtih 15-20 minutes of core work. Be prepared to work hard and feel amazing!  Everyone welcome!  There are only 9 spots per class so you must book a bike on the spin page.  You can book classes 1 week in advance starting Sunday mornings.

Spin Surprise

One thing you can be sure of is that you will get an intense 30 min spin!  The rest of the class will change each week.  It could be pump, core, kickboxing, power yoga, or a combination of everything!  This class is the perfect way to start your Sunday!

Bootcamp

Back at work and can’t find any time to exercise? Now there’s no more excuses, whether you want to get back into shape, maintain what you’ve got, or want to kick it up a notch, this evening bootcamp is for you. It’s a full body workout that will de-stress and revitalize you. Be prepared to work hard and have fun!

Prenatal Fitness

Exercise during pregnancy improves your overall health, combats fatigue, tension, stress and prepares you for labour.  Strengthening your back and core helps to reduce aches and pains during pregnancy.  Make new friends that you will have for the rest of your life.  To attend this class please go to the spin calendar and book a spot each week.  click here to download a parmed X form

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga prepares you and your baby for the birthing process through a series of hatha poses and breath work. This class includes stretches and strength-building exercises that help increase energy and stamina.  Prenatal yoga  keeps you limber, tones your muscles, and improves your balance and circulation.  No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Wee Expressions

Wee Expressions: Come and join us on an adventure of imagination in songs as we catch shooting stars, see cows that sing and fiddle, and tour around the world learning cultural folk tunes and singing to exotic songs in various languages. In our classes, parents and children (0-4 yrs) alike take pleasure in the interactive nature of the classes and jointly participate in singing, instrument playing, accompanying song actions, baby sign language, learning about manners and dances with a refreshing sense of exploration and fun. The approach to the class is based on a mixture of both structure and free play learning. Wee Expressions is more than the traditional children’s music program. Our curriculum is based on researched methods surrounding the benefits of music infused with Music Therapy techniques. Each semester has ten classes. Hypnobabies

Hypnobabies is an in-depth, 18 hour, natural childbirth class addressing all aspects of childbirth education including prenatal nutrition & exercise, stages of labour, birthing choices & natural alternatives, optimal positioning, 4th trimester planning and much more.  Women are also taught powerful self-hypnosis techniques to use during their birthing time including Eyes Open Childbirth Hypnosis so that moms can stay in hypnosis while walking, talking and changing positions, being as mobile as they choose.
