Do something for yourself!  Mom & baby classes that lets you focus on YOU for 1 hour!  We will work on strength, power, agility, balance, cardio, and core.  This class is perfect for all fitness levels because you can work at your own pace.  Get into the best shape of your life and make some amazing friends at the same time!  In the summer, classes are held outside and we meet by the ice cream shop at Rocky Point Park.  If it is raining, classes will be indoors at the studio.  Email heather@bodiesbylondon.ca for all the details.
